FIRST DAY AT SPROUTS

PLEASE LABEL ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  • Nap Pad (similar to a sleeping bag but, has a built-in pillow and no zipper) 

  • Non-slip sole shoes for inside

  • Rain boots

  • 3 sets of clothing

  • Drinking Bottle

  • Family photo

  • Admission forms completed & signed

  • The signed final page of the Parent-School Partnership Agreement

  • Tuition & Supply Fee ( prorated, if starting school outside the month of August)
